1. Account Registration & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account at 299bad. Each individual may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. 299bad reserves the right to terminate any account created with false information at any time.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Approved payment methods including bKash and Nagad must be used for deposits. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals. Deposited funds cannot be transferred through third parties. 299bad reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions and suspend them if necessary.
3. Betting Rules & Validity
It is the user's responsibility to verify the applicable market conditions before placing each bet. Once the outcome of a specific event has been confirmed, there is no option to cancel a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 299bad reserves the right to void that bet. If match manipulation or any form of fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus offers have their own separate terms, which are specified in the details of each offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
5. Account Security & Responsibility
Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. 299bad is not liable if someone accesses your account without your permission. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately. Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.
